Jewellery and Metalwork

This semester has been an incredibly successful one in the Metals and Jewellery program, with students producing a wide range of creative and technically impressive projects. Through hands-on learning, they’ve developed skills in benchwork, machining, welding, and joining metals—foundational techniques that support both artistic expression and practical application.

Jewellery students have crafted stunning bezeled rings using glass beads made in a microwave kiln, along with pendants, bangles, and unique personal design pieces. The program not only fosters creativity but also equips students with valuable, transferable skills that can be applied in many real-world situations.
